iCheckIt
iCheckIt™ is a developer’s tool for ID verification. The iCheckIt™ product consists of an ActiveX control that includes the following features:
- Mag Stripe input: accurately decodes magnetic card data collected through a magnetic stripe reader (MSR) connected to your device or desktop. It can be used with virtually any device or desktop connected to a magnetic stripe reader, and can decode data from a magnetic card swiped in either direction. This custom control provides magnetic card decoding capabilities for:
- Retail applications (credit/debit)
- Security (ID cards)
- Drivers license information (DMV and AAMVA)
and supports the following features:
- Handling of decoding Events
- Bi-directional card swipe decode capability
- Single, Dual or Three-track compatibility
- PDF input decoding: AAMVA decoding that automatically formats the 2D barcode data. Works with PDT2800 & PDT8100 data terminals running Windows CE, as well as your desktop PC running Windows. It allows developers to integrate bar code scanning into their application with minimal effort.
iCheckIt™
- Provides for the reading and decoding of fields from bar code (1D and 2D) formats as well as the decoding of all magnetic stripe formats used by cooperating jurisdictions
- Available for use on most Windows-based platforms
- Works with Visual Basic, C++, and other Windows-based products
The iCheckIt™control is supported by an ongoing subscription service that will provide quarterly updates to the bar code and magnetic stripe formats.
